No refunds on custom orders

Refunds and Exchanges -Ready to purchase items have a 15 day return policy as longs as it's in good resellable condition.

Disclaimer: When providing us with your own garments or product to embroider, we are not responsbile for any mishaps that could ocurr during production. We do our best to replace the item if we have the same product in stock.

Any items that are meaningful and have value may not be accepted depending the requested project needed.
